they probably show the forward/rear facing config as that is the most likely config for the 788 at this point. It should update a day or so before departure once they have confidence in which aircraft will be used. Kind of like what they do with the 772

The seat map still shows window seats in even rows as rear-facing.
The New American fleet site states that it has the Collins seats but the seat map is not saying the same thing.
