Welcome to Flyertalk and welcome to the BA forum Pringla2, it's good to see you here. My understanding is that if BA have cancelled then you should get a cash refund rather than a new FTV, but it wouldn't surprise me if some wires got crossed here, there are so many cancellations and some of them have to be done manually. So I would call up and ask them to look into it. Hopefully they will refund you. It's possible that BAH are working differently than BA but I don't think so, and indeed BAH have been generally better at refunds than the rest of the company.
