I posted in the (now locked) thread about cancellation emails going out to those travelling to MLE from 08/01-01/02. Just in case anyone in worrying..
BA contact has now said these emails were sent out as an 'Operational Error' and the flights continue as scheduled.
However... Wouldn't be overly confident.
I had an email from the hotel I'm staying at from 01/02/21, informing me of BA's cancellation of the LHR-MLE flights for those dates, asking me to confirm my plan to travel. I called the GGL line who have no information of any cancellations of flights to MLE, although he stressed these were unusual times, and things could "most likely" change.
