I'm good with that... so long as Chase mails it no later than January 31.
We have a player 3 who is elderly and has pre qualified for elder care, spend down, etc. While I doubt a 1099 would effect things I can't chance it as it wasn't easy getting it all set up and we paid the best elder care lawyer in the area ( He did my moms years ago ) $20K to set it up. The state looks at everything, his pensions were tricky and had to be put in a trust. Just that form showing up would upset my brother who is his caregiver, taxes, etc.
