Just arrived today for a tropical Christmas and I have nothing but good things to say so far. Excellent treatment, top to bottom.

I'd booked three nights on a low promotional rate and used a suite upgrade certificate to get placed in a Grand Suite King, but then later needed to extend my stay for another couple of nights. I used points for a regular room and fully expected to have to move partway through, as there were no standard suites available on the website for the dates I added. But at check-in I was assured I'd be able to keep my suite for the whole stay, a very pleasant surprise if there ever was one. I was also given the option of having breakfast at the Grand Cafe at no charge.
