Online Upgrade Price vs Airport Price
Flying Air France BOM - CDG - JFK tonight and thinking about upgrading into premium economy or business from economy. These are the offers they have right now:

I wanted to get people's thoughts on the value of upgrading to either as I don't know much about them, but was mainly wondering if people have had experience with the price changing at the airport. I have no idea how full the flights are and may not need to upgrade so want to make it a game time decision at the airport, but don't want to get stuck with much higher cost at the airport. Anyone have experience with the price changing significantly? I'd probably be willing to pay up to $300 per flight for the prem eco upgrade
