I've been a UA MP (and CO OnePass) member since the mid-80s, and have flown a cumulative 4.2 million miles. Lots of ups and downs (at least the number of landings has equaled the number of take-offs!). Many great experiences and a few not so great. But to call UA unethical is unfair. UA is a business, and just like all of us, is working to survive the pandemic. In the spirit of the holidays, I look forward to a terrific, healthy, and (when able) safely travel-filled 2021 for all!
