Thats good to know, but you're right that its still very much a grey area. The problem stems from them using the I code for the new discounted tickets, that which was previously just used for the staff/operator and other heavily discounted stuff. Would have made more sense to have used a different letter (are there any left? )

I had hoped that now that the handbook is electronic only, they would keep it updated.. wishfull thinking I suppose!
