However that makes it all the more important to spend money as if you were not going to get refunded.
Think we're less concerned about the refund amounts, would rather just book a taxi directly, more concerned about getting stuck in the UK, or just not getting to SA at all. But then we'll go the refund submission route, and see how it goes from there. I'm rather good at kicking up a stink to get customer services to cooperate, so hopefully that works.
