You should not be surprised as there is no discipline in North American and European airlines amongst the Flight attendants. And my friend you cannot compare SQ with any N.A airline or for that matter European airlines. I have flown them all and CX and SQ are the best for inflight service and the desire to serve is made obvious. But AC is trying hard let's give them a chance. I will be writing a travel report on my yyz-del flight next month in J.
