I'll be arriving into JFK on an int'l flight at 9:30pm later this week, and have an outbound at 6:45am the following morning. Can someone recommend the easiest hotel for that short stay? It should be close to the airport, and have a frequent, reliable shuttle service. Also, never having connected this way before, does anyone know if AA will take my checked baggage after exiting customs even though the connecting flight isn't until the following morning (it is a published connection)?
