I too prefer the cradle type seat in lieu of a BA or VS type business seat. I also added similar comments to the survey about seat width and my biggest pet peeve: foot rest height. I like the DL BE seats recline wise but I want the foot rest up a few more inches. And of course the seat width on the 767 is terrible.
After trying the AF "lie-flat" angled seats I still prefer DL. I woke up mid-flight almost on the floor. I kept sliding down since there is no foot rest stopper at the bottom. My feeling is if you are not going to go all the way to a fully flat 180 degree recline forget about these so called "flat" seats. Just give a nice comfortable seat with good pitch and decent recline.
