The ones I have used have been sent to me electronically from my employer occupational health provider, they have my name, passport number, date of test, date of result, but no stamp or signature
Agreed, I’ve only received results electronically. I guess technically they didn’t come by email, but I received an email telling me to log into the testing company’s website to retrieve my results.
