Yes they are all sent via e-mail, but still the ones in NL you pay for include a signature, so as the ones you do in TLV airport for example.
The signature requirement is apparently no longer formally required by ZA government, but some websites are not updated and does not reflect that, and some airlines therefore rely on those websites.
