We discussed some of his future plans at PC as well. It's going to get even better.

I went to visit PC last year solely due to the fact that he had came on to manage COMO North America/PC.
He told me all the improvements he had in mind and I honestly wasn't sure all could be done in the timeline he had given me.
But he did it and it's amazing. Most importantly, they didn't lay off one single person in 2020 and it's really coming through in the service. My butler was so gracious and grateful to welcoming guests again. I think this is the only place for me in T&C for some time. I even shifted some clients booked at Yara to PC. The service at PC is just better. I think the higher % of Indonesian staff makes a big difference. Just warmer / quicker service.

NYC is super easy. Many of my NYC clients hop on a nonstop via JetBlue to PLS. Then just the no stress car and boat transfer to island. No sure if you saw the video but it's in there.

West Coast, unfortunately, you'll likely need to connect in MIA. Maybe on the way home, a stopover at FS Surfclub
