Legally you're ok, you are Exception 11 in the SI, which allows for someone to return home, and in any event the core restriction is on leaving home, so I'm not sure that Exception11 is needed for you, there isn't a legal restriction on returning home. The previous requirement to self isolate for 5 to 10 days continues. The bigger issue may be if this incident, with similar travel restrictions as NL, Brexit and specifically the UK becoming a Third Country, simply makes travel very difficult on 10 January. So if you have something you absolutely have to do on 11 January I would be (a) working out Plans B and C, as well as (b) keeping an eye on developments.
