Hi,
today I wanted to transfer my award miles (500 + 1000) to my friend's M&M account via loylogic, however after final payment confirmation via bank online no transaction has been done.
I received two error two messages:
We are unable to process your request. Please contact Miles & More customer support.
You are not eligible to use transfer miles service. - it seems that now I am banned

Have you ever experienced something like this?
