Upthread there was a post that suggested a way. You just go ahead to schedule a test in the next available slot, doesn't matter whether that is past your flight time. Then go to the UA parking lot within -72 h, show your flight reservation and tell Color technician that your name is in the system. This allows them to find you and give you a test. I do not know whether it still works, but seems worth a try.
