Classy email from Andaz and sorry it is closed. The staff were wonderful to me as I wrote above. Because of Covid, I was actually stranded outside of my home country for almost 2 months with just a carry on luggage.

The folks at Andaz were very caring and gave me face masks and all kinds of stuff. I hope to repay their kindness when I can go back to London and stay with them and hopefully give some nice tips to help them out.

Personally, I'm sad as so many great hotel people at Andaz and other properties have made my life so good over past decades and they are hurting now.
