Exactly. And another way to look at this... When all but LUT were immediately upgradable to PMs, I always took Delta. Now I find myself on other airlines occasionally since my company will not purchase YMB or A fares unless they are the lowest fare available. If I have a choice of a fare that is not immediately upgradable or a choice of a non-stop on say US Air (from MCO), I tend to take the US Air flight. Why subject myself to the upgrade lottery for 2 legs on DL when on another airline, I will just be in coach for 1 segment?
