Departed MAN today. T1 was poorly managed, thank goodness for fast track. No social distancing in the security lines.
Used both Aspire and Escape third party lounges, much the same - id say Aspire was slightly better (quicker service)
Ended up departing late due to a stray passenger, not sure why we waited!
No Gold welcome or offer of drink.
Lots of passengers transiting through to other flights - India etc (the plane was rather full) - oddly except exit row seats - so assuming light on status pax.

Situations when waiting for a stray passenger is usually because the time taken to offload the bags would be longer than the time taken in finding the passenger. The bag loads on the MAN-LHR-MAN sectors are approaching 200 per flight and so the Turn-around Co-ordinator/Dispatcher will weigh up each situation at the time and decide on the best course of action.
