Station manager for BA or Special Services. I've let SS know about this some months ago and they were most apologetic and said if it ever happens to
me to have the clerk pull up a particular item (which helps me but doesn't help anyone else). The clerk is following orders -- BA does not want to follow the OW lounge rules for this particular lounge and will make life difficult for anyone wanting to use it. And the lounge is maybe the worst in the BA system, hardly worth the trouble to get in. The new AC will be considerably nicer (if it ever opens), and rumour has it that there will be a new FL opening in MIA in 2005.
