In a previous thread here, an FTer did this. Result? The agents concluded they had a difference in understanding of OneWorld rules. Traveller still excluded from lounge. The EXP agent promised the traveller to research this and get back, but I never saw the results.
Pretty ridiculous. Isn't there someone higher than the desk clerk at a lounge that this sort of thing can be escalated to?
