Bumping this thread as I received a call earlier today. I have a AMEX BBP and got a voicemail from the Customer Information Team. They asked for me to call back. I called the number on the back of my card and got a CSR who transfered me. However, they transferred me to a closed department (only open to 4 PM MST as noted above). Pretty odd. I guess I can try to call tomorrow.
Looking at MIAs links the second one seems unlikely as they noted in the voicemail this is not a solicitation. My business is a Sole Prop and I don't transit any money. Any other ideas on this?
