Not commenting on your other items (which I mostly agree with) — but AA gold elites have a 24 hour window for MCE. That is strikingly similar to the new Mosaic benefit for EMS, and I suspect means AA elites will get same-day free EMS under the same terms as Mosaics.

Why they are making Mosaics request EMS *in person* is beyond me; it seems like it should be able to be handled during OLCI. Hopefully just a systems limitation to be corrected later.
