I agree. Comfort is DEFINITELY something that I consider when I am booking my flights and would prefer automatic upgrades at the time of booking for K + fares, like it used to be prior to 01/04. Most PM feel the same way and many now buy Y,B,M or A class to be upgraded without being in the Delta seat lottery. I think that Delta does not appreciate the value of a PM in terms of helping them with financial solvency.
