Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought that the 'Lounge access regardless of airline or class flown' benefit for FD PE's only ever applied to KLM lounges. As such, I always understood that the MH lounge at Heathrow T3 was off limits to FD members. I certainly never expected to be admitted.
The designated KLM lounge at K-L is the 'Plaza' lounge. This is entirely seperate from the MH lounge, so I'm not sure that MH have any reason to complain if FD PE's get 'free' use of it.
