I feel like complaining now. Tomorrow I'll have my first flight since the end of February to IVL and of course, they changed the aircraft from A321 to Embraer. I had booked an EXIT seat for myself but noticed during the check-in that I had been kicked out to a row behind. Contacted AY about it and asked what's the deal and got only a generic answer with general apologies about the aircraft change. I wonder if these people on EXIT row are all Lumos or they've purchased the seat or whatever, but I must say I'm still pretty mad about how the perks of being AY Platinum are basically non-existent during Covid ughhhh these #firstworldproblems.
