Just finished a 1 night stay here before flight our of PHX the next morning. Brand new Hyatt House room is and more open and seemed larger than all the HP and HH I have stayed in, and quite a bit larger than the Studio at Hyatt Residence Club Pinon Pointe. Member rate was $70+taxes, very decent for Cat. 3, or the hotel is categorized too high. Although I can imagine extremely high demand and rates for ASU football games.

The entire hotel complex was very quiet on Monday night, occupancy appeared to be very low with bar and restaurant closed. There was no street noise from room on the 7th floor. Prepackaged breakfast options were rather pathetic.

I would definitely return if rates are reasonable, but not using points at Cat. 3 level.
