Not the ideal situation and my fault for not checking what happened to LH270 in first place. Trusted LH back then thinking the flight was canceled although may or may not have been the case. Due to the important (to me) nature of the trip and having a trip to the same destination canceled only a few weeks before I was ok waiting the extra hours at the airport. Just it was not ok any longer when I figured that LH270 was operating normally, bad luck.
