I have a £400 voucher that expires on Dec 31st and if I don't use it, I lose it... This has been the trigger.

I'd use for a night somewhere on New Years Eve or Christmas. Are the 400 quid only good for room rates or all hotel charges? What are the exact T&C for the voucher? I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't extend it under the current circumstances.
