I booked a M fare over a week ago and have not yet been upgraded. I called SMS and was told that the airport held all FC seats. As of yesterday there are 12 of the 16 seats still open. What gives? Is there a good reason for this to happen? I thought you were automatically upgraded at time of booking on M, B and Y fares.
