I agree. It was more empathetic and intelligent than anything burped out by Cruz for the past five years, and there was a noticeable shift in tone. At this point I don't care if it's simply someone new writing the marketing emails; it's one of the first management messages since 2015 that hasn't been infuriating, sloppy, or both.
Hopefully this marks an end to the "enjoy your menu" era.
