If I have a 2-41 redemption booking in a FTV, and want to book a new route that is more miles, does the 2-4-1 still get used on the additional over what is on the FTV?

i.e if it was a 200k - so 100k with FTV, and the new booking is 225k, do I just pay an extra 12500 Avios ?
