Hilton and Hyatt have both halved their qualification requirements for 2021.

If Marriott feels compelled to follow suit, then 25 nights at your leisure in 2021 is probably more sensible than 14 rushed and unnecessary nights now.

Also note that if you chosen hotel ends up in a Tier 3 lockdown zone, then you will be kicked out of the hotel (even if you're not actually there) and you won't get your nights anyhow.
