Do you mean someone other than the cardholder? I don't belive that is part of the program.

Or, do you mean how long to receive the cardholder benefit once you initiate it within Chase? I seem to remember getting my card within a couple weeks but I think your account gets started almost immediately so you may be able to use the mobile app sooner than waiting for your card.
