Having eating in GF before the flight, I didn't necessarily need all of the food that was provided and the bread went untouched - it was a carb heavy meal with the pasta dish already!...
Yes,it probably would seem a large amount of food if you’d just eaten a meal beforehand, but if you hadn’t, and you were relying on this for the day, then in my view it’s not quite so generous or substantial...
