Just want to update this thread. I called Citi to change the due date on my Premier and the rep discovered it wasn't possible after making an attempt. The rep put me on hold for a few minutes to investigate. He came back on the line and said that the terms and conditions are changing on the card. Therefore, nothing can be changed until February 2021. Really?
