Have to echo the sentiments, although I didn't hear much in the way of noise from the 3rd floor and am sensitive to street noise, but I did have the fan on high the entire time. Overall it was fine for the rate, but overall disappointing. The breakfast is extremely limited - I get Covid, but they have the restaurant and bar open so they clearly are not taking that many steps. Plus I've seen some Hyatt Places that have done eggs and the like in individual packages, not just pre-packed microwavable stuff. I found most of the front desk staff to be very friendly, but sort of confused. And the fact that the tables by the pool/roof area have ashtrays and smoking is permitted is a significant issue as it makes it challenging as a non-smoker to sit outside when someone is smoking nearby. Overall, it felt like a somewhat cheap construction job, although decent location and great rates.
