You'll notice where this is coming from. Seemingly only the shampoo was from Malaysia. (sorry for the slightly out of focus picture, but I am sure you get the important parts)
There is a potential problem with this label - the Chinese govt requires animal testing on all cosmetic products. While there might be an exemption if the product is exported, I have my doubt the factory is not animal testing the formulas. Hard pass on this one.
