Was it because your AA mile was only used to fly J-class on DOH-LAX? I'm getting really skeptical because I'm trying to fly KTM-DOH-SFO in a month. If they're not gonna let me access Al Mourjan lounge, I'm not gonna get the tickets using AA miles.
