Your test seems to meet all the rules, though I didn't check if the company is approved by Public Health England. I arrived in Dubai yesterday and had a test certificate in German (whereas it should be English or Arabic according to the regulations), and it was only checked by the airline at checkin, and not in Dubai.
The arrivals hall was very busy, with big long queues for immigration. When they didn't request the test results there I started bracing myself for another long queue with testing, but was able to walk straight through customs and out to the taxi stand.
The COVID testing is done before you get to immigration. I got a sticker on the back of my passport saying I’d had a test. However, I’m not convinced the immigration officer actually checked it.
