And FWIW I think it's great that Iberia doesn't go revamping their website every couple of years just because some manager somewhere needs to justify their place on the payroll...
I get what you're saying to an extent. But companies like Tesco similarly had old IT that they have overlaid new systems on top of and you never see their website crash. On Iberia's website I expect to get an error, not to be able to login, to have to use a different browser (I usually use Chrome). So many errors, it's like nobody ever tests it or tries to see how it is for consumers. Or maybe I'm just really unlucky.

In Iberia's favour I would say that every time I have called I have got through quickly and spoken to someone helpful.
