Bumping the Citi transfer question as it applies to me as well. The T&Cs seem to indicate it will, but want someone to confirm before I go ahead and do it.
I also had some miles refunded several months ago that seems to have pushed expiration back to Fall 2021, but I don't want to press my luck and have 200k miles expire if Avianca decides to retroactively fix that issue.
