It is funny...I feel this need to believe BA's FIRST service is top notch--but from all accounts it is not world-class.

Perhaps it was because of their suites-in-first leadership some years ago, that I've always thought of them as a truly premier F product.

Glad to know that those marketing guys at BA pulled the right chords inmy brain, but those who know have set me straight.
