Valid for bookings made until December 11st, 2020 and travel date from November 6th, 2020 till January 07th, 2021. Ticket changes can be made maximum three hours before your scheduled flight. In case you have booked a round trip, changes can be made even when only one flight is scheduled during the period mentioned above. In case, the return flight is scheduled after January 7th, 2021, ticket change can be made up until January 7th, 2021.
***Ticket changes made via the call center are charged with 20 EUR service fee. In case online ticket change is not technically supported as an option, service fee is not charged for ticket change via the call center.
