I share your opinion of this property - great hardware but staff is more preoccupied with themselves (e.g. actually having food at the reception area), not knowledgeable (even sales) and no recognition (spire royal ambassador - even CP always upgrades me where they don't have to) as you mentioned.

Won't stay there again for maybe a year or two.
