Another possible solution.

Write 1 complaint letter and let everybody that had problems sign it. Send copies to the head of Admirals Club, Terreces Club and a OW?(not sure if there is a central OW office somewhere).

It may actually catch somebodies attention when 10-15 or possibly more EXPs and Plats sign the complaint.

Just a thought.
