Help with Discount Cert.

I got an amenity pack about 3 weeks ago and today I tried to use the discount cert while booking online. When I type in all the info it keeps saying reference code and cert. # not valid.

Any advice? I see there are several groups of #'s for the cert. # (XXX XXXXXXXXXX X). I've tried all the combinations and none worked. The ref code is PD885.
