WN 3368, ATL>HOU, -700. Several announcements during boarding that every single seat would be in use, totally full flight, welcome back, etc. End up taking off with 3-4 opens seats, one of which is next to me (and exit row). It seems like as loads pick up, there might need to be some tweaks either to the "boarding 10 at a time" system, or allowing a bit more time. Could have been a fluke, but it seems like relatively full flights are taking quite a while to board with this pattern.

EDIT for second segment:

WN 1411, HOU>LAX, -700. About 65 on board, lots of open seats.
